I scramble P90X moves/techniques with a basic powerlifting split to maximize muscle involvement and coordination.
i have been doing a modified 5/3/1 with some Westside stuff thrown in all summer with good results
I have been using a periodization scheme for a few years and just got turned on to 5/3/1. I would be interested in hearing your experiences with it.
