Bost Hall offers 96 students either furnished or unfurnished apartment units. All units in this three story building include a kitchen and utility area which includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, range, vent hood, dishwasher, disposal, and a full-size washer and dryer. Each unit also features a patio or balcony area. The hall is open to all classifications of students.

Morsani-Smith Hall offers apartment style living to any classification of students, including freshmen. Approximately 216 students reside in this three-story, U-shaped building.

Two and four bedroom layouts are furnished with single bedrooms and two bathrooms. All units feature a fully furnished kitchen and utility area which includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, range, vent hood, dishwasher, disposal, and a full-size washer and dryer. Each unit also features a patio or balcony area.

Each bedroom and living room features a ceiling fan, cable TV hookups, and computer network connections. Both academic year and summer contracts are available, and open visitation is allowed. Morsani-Smith is smoke free & alcohol free.

Sitlington Hall houses 48 students in 2 bedroom/2 bath unfurnished units. Even though all units are unfurnished, they do include a kitchen and utility area which includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, range, vent hood, dishwasher, disposal, and a full-size washer and dryer. Each unit also features a patio or balcony area. Sitlington is open to all classifications of students, who are 21 years of age or older.

Each bedroom and living room features a ceiling fan, cable TV hookups, and computer network connections. Both academic year and summer contracts are available, and open visitation is allowed in this three-story building. Sitlington is a smoke free building. Alcohol is permitted in Sitlington Hall.

Young Hall offers 2 bedroom/2 bath furnished units to all classifications of students, including freshmen. This three-story building houses 48 students. All units include a kitchen and utility area which includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, range, vent hood, dishwasher, disposal, and a full-size washer and dryer. Each unit also features a patio or balcony area.

Each bedroom and living room features a ceiling fan, cable TV hookups, and computer network connections. Only nine month contracts are available, and open visitation is allowed. Young Hall is smoke and alcohol free.

Engineering students may request to live in the south end of Bost Hall. Only nine-month contracts are offered for Bost Hall.

Davis Hall houses 120 students in a three-story building. Two and four bedroom layouts are available each with single bedrooms and two bathrooms. While each unit is unfurnished, they do include a kitchen and utility area which includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, range, vent hood, dishwasher, disposal, and a full-size washer and dryer. Each unit also features a patio or balcony area. All classifications of students can live in the hall, including freshmen except where alcohol is permitted. Alcohol is permitted in the rooms(by those 21 years of age and older). The building is smoke free.
