The twelve story twin-tower complex of K-D can be seen for miles around. Kerr (male) and Drummond (female) house many freshman students, but are open to any classification. Only nine-month contracts are offered for Kerr-Drummond, and each tower houses about 700 students.

Both halls offer specialty floors where engineering majors, computer science majors & and those interested in diversity can live and study together on the same floor. Fully furnished double and single rooms are available. All rooms feature cable TV hookups and computer network connections. Students may bring a microwave and a refrigerator. A twenty-four hour desk service is also offered, and Kerr-Drummond is alcohol free.

Annual events include Trick-or-Treat for community children and participating in the Homecoming Sweepstakes. Opportunities for leadership abound!
