Located near Peterson-Friend, Kamm Hall houses 96 students in four single bedroom/2 bath units. A portion of the units in Kamm are furnished, while some remain unfurnished. However, each unit features a fully furnished kitchen and utility area which includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, range, vent hood, dishwasher, disposal, and a full-size washer and dryer. Each unit also features a patio or balcony area. Kamm is open to all classifications of students, and is home to the Kamm Leadership House.

Each bedroom and living room features a ceiling fan, cable TV hookups, and computer network connections. Only nine month contracts are available, and open visitation is allowed. Kamm Hall is smoke and alcohol free, and features three stories of housing.

tudents can enjoy the independence and convenience of apartment living without leaving campus in Peterson-Friend Hall. Two and four bedroom layouts are available, each with single bedrooms and two bathrooms. Approximately 212 students live in this three-story, U-shaped building. All classifications of students can live in the hall, including freshmen except where alcohol is permitted. Alcohol is permitted on the first floor of Friend Hall (by those 21 years of age or older). The building is smoke free.
