From writing to arithmetic, OSU has tutoring services to accommodate the needs of all OSU students.

The Math Learning Success Center (MLSC) was established in 1985 to serve undergraduate mathematics students and remains one of the nation’s most prominent mathematics tutoring centers. The facility strives to meet all the extra-classroom needs of undergraduate mathematics students. The Mathematics Learning Success Center is located on the 4th floor of the Classroom Building just north of the Student Union. Since 1976, the University Writing Center has assisted students, faculty and staff  in becoming well-developed and more effective writers. Through one-on-one consultations and tools designed to help writers edit their work, the Writing Center can help with all types of writing including term papers, resumes, dissertations and creative pieces. Regardless of your major and where you may be advised, Learning and Student Success Opportunity Center (LASSO Center) offers free one-on-one tutoring in any subject/class; access to Academic Facilitators who help students navigate the OSU academic process, organize student class schedules, make appointments with tutors and more; one- or two-credit hour academic success courses or workshops on study skills, major selection, making your grades, academic policies and procedures, time management, etc; and more.
